Sterile Filling
USP sterile water for injection is combined with 0.9% benzyl alcohol, filtered to 0.22µm, and filled into type-I borosilicate glass vials under laminar flow in our FDA-registered cGMP facility.
Sterility Testing
Every lot is tested per USP <71> to confirm the absence of viable microorganisms before any product leaves the facility.
Endotoxin Testing
USP <85> Bacterial Endotoxins Test is run against each lot to verify pyrogen-free release within USP limits.
Certificate Issued
A batch-linked Certificate of Analysis is generated and published on the product page — sterility, endotoxin, fill volume, and lot number, all visible to the researcher before they buy.
